Workshops

Small-group workshops and psychoeducation on trauma, emotional regulation and coping — for individuals and for organisations booking on behalf of the people they support.

Group workshops and psychoeducation

Our workshops offer a supportive, confidential space to learn alongside others. Led by a qualified therapist, each session combines practical information with time to reflect, helping people understand what is happening for them and build healthier ways of coping.

Workshops can complement one-to-one therapy, or stand alone as a lower-intensity introduction to our approach for people who aren’t yet ready for individual counselling.

Topics we cover

  • Understanding trauma and how it affects the body and mind
  • Emotional regulation and managing difficult feelings
  • Anger, stress and anxiety
  • Building healthier coping strategies and resilience
  • Relationships, communication and boundaries

Workshops for organisations

We design and deliver workshops for probation services, wellbeing teams and other multi-agency and third-sector organisations who want to offer group sessions to the people they support. Content and format are agreed with you in advance to suit the group’s needs, and sessions can run in person in Leamington Spa or online for wider access.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the workshops for?

Workshops are open to individuals who would like group-based support, and can be booked by organisations — such as probation services, wellbeing teams and third-sector partners — for the people they support.

How many people attend each workshop?

We keep groups small so everyone has space to take part and feel comfortable. Group sizes for organisational bookings are agreed in advance.

Do I have to talk about my own experiences?

No. You can take part as much or as little as you like. Workshops focus on learning and practical skills, and nobody is asked to share anything they don't want to.

Can workshops be delivered online?

Yes. Workshops can be held in person in Leamington Spa or online, which makes them accessible to groups across a wider area.

How do we book a workshop for our organisation?

Get in touch using the enquiry form below. We'll talk through what you're looking for, then agree the content, format and dates with you.
