Focusing on your wellbeing
We believe that physical and emotional wellbeing are intrinsically linked and are currently creating a space where we will be able to offer short-term retreats based in the Cotswolds with a focus on nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
Our workshops and retreats will be designed as an immersive experience away from the stresses of daily life where you can focus on what your body needs to enable you to be at your best emotionally and physically. The courses will include therapy, group work, nutrition study and yoga. There will also be an opportunity to explore the stunning local countryside on guided walks, or some time to to yourself if desired.
